A few things to know
Before you begin
Can I use just my phone?
Yes. Android is the main app, with your timeline, notes and data sources. Windows adds computer activity and saves Markdown to your chosen folder.
What do I need to sync my devices?
Pair your computer using a QR code and approve it on Android. Markdown transfers work when both devices are available. Edits to exported files are not imported back into the journal.
What data does AI receive?
Meal estimates use your description and selected photos. During a conversation, the assistant can request relevant journal information through the app. Requests are processed by our server and OpenAI. Your conversations and the assistant's memory are stored on your phone.
Can I download the app yet?
A Windows installer with automatic updates is available. It works on Windows 10 and 11 (x64) and includes the required .NET runtime. Android is getting ready to launch.
