Delete your LifeLog account

Request deletion of your LifeLog account and its server data — even if the app is no longer on your phone.

What happens

Your account and subscription are deleted and can’t be restored.
Connected computers are disconnected; the assistant, meal estimates and Markdown delivery stop working.
Your Google link, device data, delivery queue, technical AI usage and account reports will be deleted.
Your Google account will not be deleted.

Your journal stays on your phone

The journal and photos on your phone, and your ZIP and Markdown files are not deleted. You manage these copies yourself.

Timing and data

In the app and after Google confirmation, server data is deleted immediately. If an AI request is running, wait for it to finish and retry.

Requests by form or email: within 7 days after confirming that you own the account.

Submissions are kept for up to 30 days; account-linked submissions are deleted with the account. An anonymous deletion receipt is kept for 30 days. Technical logs without journal content are kept for up to 14 days.

If you have the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. You can save a backup before deleting.

If your account is linked to Google

Without Google or access to it

Submit a request. We will reply by email and ask you to confirm ownership.
